These bears resemble gummy bears to scale but contain epoxy cast with unique materials that represent various elements and minerals.

"YInMn-Blue is a mixed oxide pigment from the very expensive rare earth yttrium (Y), the extremely rare semi-metal indium (In) and manganese (Mn). This new pigment is produced in well-defined cycles of reactions at very high temperature. Up until today only small quantities are available. YInMn-Blue is a unique bright and pure blue with a hue new to the color circle between ultramarine blue and dark cobalt blue."
Yes, these bears actually contain all three rare earth metals: Yttrium, Indium and Manganese. These were created using YInMn Blue pigment that I obtained straight from the source in Germany.
