Encased in a glass dome with wood base is a beautifully cut and polished slab of Cuprosklodowskite from the famous Musonoi Mine.
One side is cut/polished and the other side remains rough and natural. The green color from the copper content is really accentuated by the cut surface.
The base is constructed of a solid wood that I finished with multiple dark walnut stains and top sealant coats. The glass dome is secured with a high quality silicone gel. Non-slip pads have been affixed to the base for a solid foundation. I have included a custom label on the bottom of the base listing the rare mineral specimen included with the locales:
