Encased in a glass dome with wood base are excellent, tabular crystals of rare Arsenuranospathite on matrix from probably the best locality for the species - Menzenschwand, Germany. A very rich & choice specimen!
Arsenuranospathite is an aluminium-uranyl-arsenate only known from few localities. The crystals glow a bright green under UV light!
The base is constructed of a solid wood that I finished with multiple dark walnut stains and top sealant coats. The glass dome is secured with a high quality silicone gel. Non-slip pads have been affixed to the base for a solid foundation. I have included the original collection label on the bottom of the base listing the rare mineral specimen included with the locales:
